Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while serving meals, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for service/hospitality business ensuring that all food handling and beverage service are delivered efficiently and within local, state and federal guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Become efficient with the point of sale system.
- Buss tables and ensure dining areas are clean and organized for guests.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of food served.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant/dining service is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
