What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Afternoons/Evenings position at Timberland Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation?
Timberland Ridge, located in Fairlawn, OH is currently seeking an energetic, strong and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to assist the DON and the exceptional nursing services that are delivered to our residents daily. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
The successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility
- Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
- Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.
