Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and sustainable building practices. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to design and execute projects that align with our mission of creating sustainable and innovative structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Create architectural designs and plans that reflect client requirements and incorporate sustainable and innovative solutions.

Project Management: Oversee architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to discuss project goals, design concepts, and progress updates, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the process.

Technical Expertise: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD, BIM, or similar software.

Sustainability Integration: Apply knowledge of green building materials, energy efficiency, and sustainable design principles to all projects.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of designs.

Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any design or construction challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Proficiency in CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.

Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.

Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.

Licensure as a registered architect is preferred but not required.
