Hiring Range:
$50,048.00 USD - $62,560.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. What do you need to succeed?
While formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2 years of related experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
- 2 years of equivalent warehouse experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Experience and proficiency with WMS (PkMS) or other comparable WMS, RF and MHE technologies.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Ability to lead, coach and develop staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management with confidence and respect.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in core computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Bi-lingual - Spanish preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours including weekends as necessary.
