Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning during the turn process for rental properties, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in to prepare vacant properties to be marketed.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, desks, and equipment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Assist in property clean outs when large amounts of personal items have been left in the property.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.

Pay: $15.92 - $16.48 per hour
