Special Education Teacher/Case Manager
A teacher in the Timberlane Regional School District implements instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences. They collaborate with peers to enhance the instructional environment, assume responsibility for meeting school and district wide student performance goals and demonstrate a gain in student performance. They are expected to meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating and professional development. Responsibilities include case management of students, writing IEP's, conducting testing, and providing academic support in the regular education classes and/or guided study.
We are seeking candidates with backgrounds in working with students with emotional disabilities and strong backgrounds in (or are certified to teach)
Bachelor Degree Required
NH DOE certification in General Special Education (1900) required or eligibility with the NHD DOE
Salary and benefits per Timberlane Teachers Association Agreement
