Position Summary :
Timberline Construction Corp. ("TCC") is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- The recruiter will proactively drive and be responsible for researching, developing and executing an effective and proactive Talent Acquisition strategy, which aligns with and supports the company's business strategy
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for open position(s)
- Conduct recruitment and outreach efforts for all exempt, non-exempt, Co-op, and temporary employee positions including job posting and advertising, initial screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
- Work with HR team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Organize, attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions and other networking opportunities
- Oversee onboarding; schedule and facilitate New Hire Orientation Sessions, prepare all materials, ensure I-9 / E-Verify Compliance.
- Process new hire paperwork and maintain accurate personnel records and files relative to benefits, PTO accruals, promotions and wage histories.
- Handle monthly billings from benefits providers, reviewing for accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
