Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance and groundskeeping. This role is essential for ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
Duties
- Pressure washing grow rooms.
- Cleaning grounds.
- Undertake custodial and janitorial tasks.
- Maintain outer premises by cleaning entrances, mowing, shoveling snow.
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience as groundskeeper, custodian or similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment.
- Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices.
- Ability to have physical endurance to cover a large space.
