Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Staff member to join our team at Timberline Lodge. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
Essential Functions:
- Set up function rooms with linens, tableware, and equipment according to instructions.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear tables and equipment after events.
- Perform assigned side work and check supplies needed for shifts.
- Assist in cleanup of function rooms and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Must be service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on customer service.
- Must have valid OLCC and Oregon Food Handlers permit.
