TITLE: Warehouse Assistant

REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager

Job Duties / General Requirements

This is a vital support position for our warehouse operation. Duties include receiving material and equipment, coordinating and making deliveries, organizing and tracking inventory.

• Receive material and equipment on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate and make deliveries to job sites.
• Organize inventory of equipment.
• Ship equipment and material back if needed.
• Keep updated material for future jobs.
• Maintain an organized efficient warehouse.
• Requires ability to work in a physically demanding environment; occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Must hold a valid Arizona driver’s license. An MVR will be assessed for eligibility to drive a company vehicle.
• Must be willing and able to drive up to a 1-ton delivery truck with a 20' trailer.
• Enrollment in HVAC School is strongly preferred.
• Forklift operating certificate preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience a plus.
