We are looking for client care representatives that want to provide exceptional service and help build an amazing workplace.
The TVES client care representatives are an essential part of the team. They work with the veterinarians, technicians, and other team members to provide exceptional care. Exceptional care involves partnership and communication with clients and primary care veterinarians. As part of the team, client care representatives answer administrative phone questions from clients and primary care veterinarians, help admit patients, keep administrative forms organized and complete, assist with insurance paperwork, collect payments and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the waiting and examination areas.
Ideal candidates have prior client care experience, enjoy helping people, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, are a team player, and enjoy learning.
Specific experience and qualification requirements include:
- Prior phone or reception experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Stress tolerance and attention to detail
- Be able to pass the Washington pharmacy clerk exam within 60 days of hire
Schedule, Compensation, and Benefits:
- We are currently hiring for swing shift, but are continuing to add new shifts as we grow.
- As an emergency hospital, rotation to help fairly cover holidays is expected for all staff.
- Hourly compensation is based on experience and skills (hourly range $20-26/hour).
- We also provide competitive benefits, as well as quarterly profit sharing, and participation in our stock appreciation rights plan for full time employees, and participation in our future ESOP.
- Shift differentials will apply for overnight and weekend shifts and be in addition to hourly rates.
