- Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects
- Collaborate with others to establish timelines and budgets, as well as solve problems
- Knowledge of industry, engineering, math, and materials
- Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solutions
- Keep up to date on industry and engineering standards
- Strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of design software
- Extensive knowledge of Cadwork to execute on projects
- Ability to hit deadlines and work together to complete projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of Cadwork preferred
- Know or be able to understand the construction industry
- Professional, energetic and positive personality and strong phone presence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of computer skills such as MS Word, MS Excel and basic computer hardware items
- Reliable and prompt with attendance and deadlines
- Maintain a professional manner under stress
- Some travel may be required
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
