We are seeking a Sales & Revenue Analyst to enhance visibility, performance, and accountability across our hospitality and real estate sales and marketing teams. This role will be responsible for analyzing sales and revenue data, optimizing CRM and related technologies, and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance and inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and a commitment to ensuring data integrity and compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the modernization of our processes by exploring and implementing advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to drive efficiency and revenue growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Essential functions as defined are ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY and not a comprehensive listing of all functions and duties performed by incumbents within this classification.  Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

Sales & Revenue Analytics

  • Analyze and report on sales and revenue performance for hospitality and real estate sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify trends.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales strategies and revenue growth.
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting for both hospitality and real estate divisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy among all consistency across all platforms, supporting seamless integration between marking and sales technologies.

CRM & Data Management

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and system utilization while improving workflows and dashboard customization.
  • Leverage Revinate to analyze guest and prospect engagement, track campaign effectiveness, and identify hospitality sales opportunities.
  • Utilize Pardot for marketing automation and tracking lead conversions.
  • Leverage Windfall to optimize marketing lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms, facilitating seamless reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain data segmentation strategies to improve targeted marketing and sales initiatives
  • Oversees database, ensuring clean and accurate data for reporting.

Performance & Accountability

  • Collaborate with hospitality and real estate sales teams to ensure accountability in meeting revenue targets.
  • Support leadership with sales pipeline analysis, lead tracking, and customer segmentation insights to drive efficiency
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions to optimize sales efficiency.
  • Assist with training and adoption of analytics tools to enhance sales team performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue management, or a related role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including in-depth knowledge of formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation
  • Experience in CRM database management and optimization (Salesforce strongly preferred).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot or similar).
  • Proficiency in dashboard development and report automation within Salesforce (or  similar CRM such as Hubspot) and other business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and adapt to new technologies.
  • A strong interest in and understanding of the potential applications of Artificial Intelligence in business processes, particularly within sales and revenue analysis.
