Preparing food and enhancing the guest experience by preparing delicious meals in one of our neighborhood bar and grills is exciting, challenging and very rewarding. Requirements
What We Need From You:
- Professional and outgoing manner
- 2 years of culinary experience
- Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment pertaining to a three-meal period
- Handle high volume productions related to but not limited to frying, carving, and steaming of all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry
- Must be able to work a fryer, broiler, flat grill and be able to prep, side work, clean, stock, and communicate well with others
- Assure all health department regulations are met
- Must have a valid health card
