Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute meal preparation efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food handling and safety guidelines.
• Assist in menu development by providing input on seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes.
• Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards.
• Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices.

Experience

• Proven experience in food preparation or as a cook within the culinary field, preferably in a fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
