Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to enhance guest relations and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Keep up-to-date with drink trends and menu changes to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with patrons.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential.
- Proven time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
