We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and food preparation areas.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling and safety standards.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing away dirty dishes in the dining area to maintain a tidy environment.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to the kitchen supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and sanitation practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic food handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
