Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities will include, but not being limited to, the following:

· Computer experience: Working knowledge of UPS & Federal Express small package software

· Packing all small package orders.

· Shipping all small package orders.

· LTL shipment scheduling

· Forklift operation - License would be optimal

· Loading and unloading trucks as required and distributing inventory to various departments.

· Perform receiving and incoming inspections activities in compliance to documented ISO 9001:2015 processes and procedures and ensuring that delivery is in a good condition.

· Ensure that the delivered items match the packing slip and the purchase order.

· Ensure that receiving and warehouse areas are organized and clean at all times.

· Perform daily checklist for receiving forklift maintenance

· Lifting up to 51 lbs.

· Complete assigned duties accurately while achieving time management expectations.

· Promptly report any inaccuracies between the purchase order, packing slip and actual received product by liaising with the purchasing specialist and completing all necessary documentation.

· Upload completed documentation and move inspected product to inventory as assigned.

· Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure all safety standards are adhered to.

· Attend all training sessions as established and required by management.

· Assist other team members as required to achieve company quality and productivity goals.

· Support company initiatives, established to promote an effective, enjoyable and fulfilling environment.

Your supervisor may change your duties and responsibilities from time to time.
