What you’ll do:
- Onsite and remote workstation management
- Troubleshooting applications and operating systems
- Develop recommendations for client best practices
- Testing new technology and products
- Basic VOIP troubleshooting and support
- Setting up and deploying images to workstations
- Assisting with updating and documenting standard procedures for common types of service requests
Required Skills:
- Have a positive attitude : Our clients are contacting us when they need help.
- Identify, Discuss, Solution (IDS): We need to ask the right questions to give the right answers.
- Excellent Communication (verbal/written): Communication with our clients must be clear, concise, and confident.
- Ability to change tasks rapidly: great organization skills are key to success in this area
- Attention to detail: paying attention to the small things and using your analytical skills to make decisions
- A willingness to learn: At TimbukTech we are only concerned with doing things the right way. This means learning new skills on the regular.
- Must complete or show valid CompTIA A within first 120 days of hire
Preferred Experience:
- 1 years of basic IT troubleshooting
- 1 years of basic networking experience (setting up basic firewalls or switches)
- 1 years of Office 365 (and/or Azure) experience
- 1 years proficient experience with IT ticketing systems
Compensation: $45,000 Plus Increases for Certifications and Quarterly Bonuses
