Customer Service Technician (FT)

A Customer Service Technician is a highly energetic, technical oriented, team player who can employ acquired customer service, excellent communication and problem solving skills to provide assistance to the customers that we serve. A Customer Service Technician is responsible for providing assistance to new and existing customers with software installs and implementations. They are also responsible for trouble shooting issues and providing effective solutions to problems that may arise. Customer Service Technicians have the opportunity for advancement and growth based on performance.

Job Profile :

  • Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer's problem; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Ensures customer success and satisfaction in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Maintains product and industry knowledge to improve performance and skill set
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Meet or exceed established performance requirements
  • Daily schedule management
  • Customer success and customer advocacy
  • Assisting fellow team members and other departments
  • Contributes to team effort by ensuring the highest possible level of customer happiness

Qualifications :

  • Strong quality customer service
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and mutli-task
  • Practices excellent judgment skills to be evaluate situation and provide solution.
  • The Customer Service Technician is a full-time position and carries the following benefits : paid vacation, health and dental insurance, disability and life insurance, 401K.
