We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Time for You Medical Spa. This position is crucial in creating an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting the overall success of our operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all clients upon arrival and departure.
- Schedule and manage appointments for clients, ensuring efficiency in the daily calendar of estheticians and nurses.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and chats, responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Maintain and update client medical records and history files.
- Close sales by assisting clients in selecting services and products that meet their needs.
- Collect payments and manage any outstanding balances.
- Create and post engaging content for social media, including promotions, updates, and events.
- Design and promote special offers and seasonal campaigns across social platforms.
- Maintain an up-to-date price list and ensure accuracy across all platforms.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, contributing to the spa’s overall financial success.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding client experience.
- Monitor inventory of spa supplies and place orders as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as responding to emails and organizing files.
- Assist with additional tasks as requested by management, within the scope of the role.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a medical spa or related industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and basic graphic design tools.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Basic knowledge of spa treatments and services is a plus.
