Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Information Security to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and ensure the protection of our digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with specific experience in cloud security and a deep understanding of data protection regulations
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect TIME's digital assets.
- Oversee the design and implementation of cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to data protection and privacy.
- Manage and support the consent management processes to ensure compliance with global data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and proactively address potential risks as part of TIME's Information Security Risk Management initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into the development and deployment of digital products.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Respond to and manage security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the status of the cybersecurity program to senior management.
- Design and support initiatives to improve security within TIME's SaaS environment.
- Support TIME's procurement process by conducting periodic third-party cybersecurity audits against current and prospective technology vendors.
- Lead and manage cybersecurity projects to include research, requirements gathering, and detailed evaluation of tools or processes

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
