Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to provide exceptional cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients. This role requires expertise in general cleaning, as well as specialized services such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and thorough move-in/move-out cleaning.
Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and kitchens.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Residential Cleaning:
- Provide detailed cleaning services for private homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens.
- Customize cleaning services to meet individual client needs.
- Handle delicate items and surfaces with care.
- Commercial Cleaning:
- Clean and maintain offices, retail spaces, and other commercial properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established schedules and client requirements.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
- Window Cleaning:
- Clean interior and exterior windows, ensuring streak-free results.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment for various window types.
- Carpet Cleaning:
- Perform deep carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Remove stains and odors effectively.
- Maintain and clean carpet cleaning equipment.
- Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning:
- Provide thorough cleaning services for properties before or after occupancy.
- Clean and sanitize all areas, including appliances, cabinets, and fixtures.
- Ensure properties are ready for new occupants.
- Equipment and Supplies:
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.
- Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals.
- Client Interaction:
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Address client concerns and requests promptly and effectively.
