As a Therapeutic Behavioral Aide you will have the ability to work a flexible schedule, attend free training's, work with a team of skilled professionals, and make a difference in the community!
We are looking for individuals who have experience working with children with behavioral challenges, who need in home intervention to reduce problematic behaviors.
TIME Organization is searching for qualified Therapeutic Behavioral Aides. Clients in the program are at risk of being removed from the home due to their behaviors. Aides work closely with clients and their families in the home and provide interventions as written in a detailed behavioral plan.
Requirements Experience Working With At Risk Populations (children)
Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner through our electronic medical record system
Reliable Transportation
Proficient in using computers
Must complete criminal background check and CPS clearance
Job Type: Full-time Contractual
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
