Role Summary
TIME Systems is looking for energetic customer-focused technicians to join our team. You will resolve Tier 1 issues for customers at the Pentagon.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Plan and manage the move and/or standup of offices supporting customers.
- Engage with external service providers to test/order network services.
- Coordinate with internal service providers to ensure telephones/printers/etc. are in place for office moves or stand ups
- Prepare new compute assets for installation or distribution to customers.
- Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.
- Effectively communicate and directly engage with customers and colleagues.
- Hands-on diagnose desktop related issues.
- Work independently to resolve technical issues in a dynamic environment.
- Focus on superior customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4 – 8 years of relevant experience.
- Secret security clearance.
- Demonstrated technical experience and understanding of virtual and physical support systems.
- Able to demonstrate an analytical and systematic approach to technical challenges.
- Active Directory Systems Administrator experience.
- Security certification or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- REMEDY (Trouble ticket system) experience.
- IT field service experience.
