What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Mananger position at TIME TO SHINE CAR WASH?
Time To Shine Car Wash is looking for Assistant Managers! An idea of what we are looking for in an assistant manager is:
- Someone who enjoys helping customers and does so with a smile!
- Must be able to help lead a team of employees to success!
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work on any day morning or evening.
- Must be able to stay on your feet all day regardless of the weather (hot, cold or wet).
- Must have a High School diploma or GED.
- Must be reliable and motivated! We have a strict attendance policy that we adhere to.
- Must be willing to work overtime if needed.
- Must be able to work without their cell phone, we have a strict cell phone usage policy while on the clock.
The starting pay for this position is $19/hour upon hire. We will begin training immediately on your first day. No car wash experience is required, however we do prefer one year or more of prior experience in a supervisor or management role.
