What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adolescent Primary Therapist position at Time Wellness?
TIME Wellness Atlanta is growing! We are proud to announce that we will be adding an evening adolescent intensive outpatient program to our levels of care! TIME is a mental health treatment facility with various levels of outpatient care. At TIME we focus on healing the whole person so that Trauma In Minds Ends. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team! This individual will be the primary therapist of the adolescents in the evening IOP program. The therapist will work side by side with the rest of the team to provide individual sessions, family therapy sessions as well as group sessions.
The hours for this position are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 4 PM to 8 PM.
The best fit candidate will:

Must be punctual in reporting to work
Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and
Active license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Georgia (must be associate or fully licensed)
A copy must be provided to your supervisor before hire
Able to hold an individual caseload of about ten clients as well as conduct group therapy sessions.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Timely complete written records for each client including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Time Wellness Atlanta or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week)
Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management, etc.)
Social justice oriented, inclusive, and practice anti-racism work
An independent working, who enjoys a balance of independence and team work
