Wireless Consultant

What You’ll Do:
- Interact with customers in person to assess their wireless needs and recommend the best products.
- Demonstrate the latest wireless devices and services to enhance customer understanding.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and using the POS system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Assist in training and supervising junior team members as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Stay updated on the latest wireless technology trends and product offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, especially in a grocery store or similar environment.
- Strong face-to-face communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- A passion for technology and helping customers find the right solutions.
