Renewaskin Spa is seeking a dedicated and passionate skincare expert with an esthetician background and expertise in skincare to join our team. As a Skincare Specialist, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling our range of treatments, packages, and regimens while providing expert advice to customers and meeting sales targets through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
-Following up with each customer after their service to see if they have any questions and or concerns about their visit
-Exceeding sales goals through proactive selling techniques.
-Staying updated on the latest skincare trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
-Previous sales experience, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
-An esthetician background is a big plus.
-A solid understanding of the skincare industry.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-A sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
-Proven management skills and the ability to lead a team of diverse individuals
-Must be compassionate and outgoing with a pleasant disposition
-Must be willing to help at busy times in the Spa when needed
-Must be able to work a flexible schedule
-Must have excellent time management skills
Job Type: Full-Time- Expected working hours (or at least 2 Sundays per month)
Working Hours:
Mon-Thursday: 10 AM - 6 PM
Friday: 10 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: Off
Sunday: 11 AM- 6 PM
Salary: $3500 commission
Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during your interview
