Job Description
We are seeking a Distribution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering orders to dispensaries in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in driving large vehicles, deliveries, and merchandising. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications include being 21 years old, having a clean driving record for the past 5 years, and meeting Federal Department of Transportation eligibility requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the accuracy of orders going out and stay compliant with state regulations.
- Load vans with daily product and unload product for customers.
- Perform routine inspections of company vehicles and supplies to ensure road safety.
- Manage inventory of daily merchandise loaded on the van.
- Prepare and maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures and state compliance.
- Ensure manifests are complete and accurate.
- Review routes generated by the Compliance Administrator.
- Handle customer problems and serve as an interface between the company and the customer.
- Ensure product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction in agreement with any contract terms and requirements.
