Join our innovative team as a Senior Architectural Project Leader, where you will spearhead exciting residential architectural projects. Your primary responsibility will be to translate client visions into stunning architectural designs while ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards. Collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and various stakeholders, you will champion creative and sustainable design solutions that enhance living spaces.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design Leadership :

Craft and present architectural designs that embody client aspirations and meet local regulations.

  • Guide and inspire junior architects and designers during design discussions, providing valuable feedback.
  • Project Management :
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptual design to construction administration.

  • Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful completion within scope.
  • Client Engagement :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs with clear communication.

  • Provide consistent updates on project advancement and be adaptable to client feedback.
  • Technical Expertise :
  • Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.

  • Utilize Revit, Co-Construct, and Microsoft Teams for design documentation and project coordination.
  • Team Collaboration :
  • Lead a team of designers and drafters, ensuring optimal productivity and collaboration.

  • Work with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to unify all project elements.
  • Collaborate with construction teams for a seamless transition from design to execution.
  • Sustainability and Innovation :
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices and emerging technologies in your projects.

  • Stay informed on industry trends to deliver innovative design strategies.
  • Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 4-6 years of experience in residential architectural design and project management.
  • Architect license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and construction standards.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and navigate job sites, including climbing stairs.
  • Must be able to distinguish colors for accurate design work.
