Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
- CPA designation is required
- 4 years' experience in a public accounting firm required
- Affordable Housing or Real Estate industry experience
- Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus
- Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Lead specific client accounts, including pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
- Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules
- Build a thorough understanding of audits, tax, and consulting services, and participate in proposals
- Manage a team of staff associates, providing performance coaching and feedback
- Effective client management, communication, direction, and leadership
