Essential Qualifications
Valid medical license as per state regulations
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R is required
Preferred 3 years of relevant experience
Work Schedule
Full-time position with no weekend obligations
Predominantly clinical patient interactions (90%)
Minimal administrative duties (10%)
Many clinics within our network operate Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering no nights, weekends, or holidays, along with generous leave policies—30 days off annually.

Responsibilities
Lead and nurture team development, focusing on training and mentoring clinical staff
Oversee daily patient care administration with efficacy
Implement and optimize the clinical model while ensuring precise documentation and billing practices
Create a conducive treatment atmosphere at the center, adhering to state regulations and guidelines
Educational Requirements
Board Certification or Eligibility is highly valued
Experience in Occupational Medicine is preferable, but we are willing to train qualified candidates
Medical license as per state law
Graduate from an accredited MD or DO program
Unrestricted DEA registration in the state of practice
