Key Responsibilities
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral such as brochures, advertising, signage, social media graphics, and presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts based on project requirements
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality graphic designs
- Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming and concept development
- Ensure brand consistency in all visual assets
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within specified timelines
- Research and keep abreast of emerging design trends, industry technologies, and best practices
- Amend designs after feedback, ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to internal teams
- Collaborate with external printers or other vendor partners to ensure accurate and high-quality production of design
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Handle ad-hoc design projects as assigned
- Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and design standards
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or relevant field
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in creating visually appealing and effective designs
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of print and digital design best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Up-to-date with the latest graphics trends and technologies
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with web design is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively
