The Technical program Manager would need to have minimum 9-12 years of experience following technologies:
- Mandatory Skills: Java, J2EE,Spring, Project Management
- Experience in Planning and Project management
- Ability to provide and implement technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
- Proven working experience in Java and Java EE platforms
- Experience in Spring, Springboot, Structs, or equivalent J2EE framework
- Working knowledge and experience with JQuery, Ajax, JSON, CSS, HTML
- Hands on experience in REST, React.js, Redux, Openshit, Kubernetes, Docker
- Experience in insurance suites with Guidewire
- Experience in refining requirements with Guidewire
- Experience in any of the Public cloud
- Good Technical understanding of various parts of Guidewire Platform and interwork.
- Awareness in compliance and regulatory requirements for Guidewire Product onboarding
- Knowledge in Insurance domain
- Should have good experience in Agile methodologies
- Must worked in onsite-offshore projects
- Should have good communication skill
