Key Duties
- Guide QA initiatives in web application and API projects.
- Work collaboratively with various teams including engineering and product ownership.
- Execute manual API testing using instruments like Postman and Swagger.
- Examine API endpoints, payloads, and responses to verify stability and performance.
- Create, support, and run automated test scripts using technologies such as Selenium and REST Assured.
- Align test automation practices with Agile methodologies and ensure in-sprint automation happens.
- Diagnose and resolve test failures applying GIT, JIRA, and Jenkins.
- Demonstrable experience in API testing and Automation (including Web API).
- Solid expertise in tools like Swagger, Postman, and Selenium.
- Practical knowledge of Java, TestNG, and REST Assured.
- Experience with API automation frameworks.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of performance testing using JMeter.
- Acquaintance with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins.
