- Conducting mental health assessments and developing treatment plans
- Providing individual or group therapy sessions
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Assessing clients for suicide risk or other safety concerns
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Offering crisis intervention as needed
- Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes
- Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families

- Participating in ongoing professional development
- Utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions
