Job Summary

You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, overseeing patients' conditions, and ensuring their overall comfort and well-being.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks
• Take and document vital signs
• Aid patients with mobility and exercises
• Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions
• Provide support during medical procedures
• Ensure the comfort and safety of patients
• Address patients' nutritional needs
• Provide assistance with administrative tasks
• Collaborate closely with members of the healthcare team
• Maintain a clean and organized healthcare environment
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families
• Adhere to healthcare regulations and protocols
• Participate in training and development programs
• Respect patients' rights and privacy
• Maintain accurate patient records
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program
• Active CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move patients safely
• Empathy and compassion towards patients
• Basic understanding of medical terminology
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of infection control protocols
• Strong observational and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
• Availability for flexible work hours
• Physical stamina and endurance
• Compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
