Your Responsibilities

• Advise and represent lenders, purchasers, and sellers in a variety of real estate dealings, such as commercial leases, financing, acquisitions, and asset sales.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and counsel.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience at a law firm or corporate legal department specifically in commercial real estate transactions.
• Exceptional skills in drafting, research, analysis, and writing.
• Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact successfully with team members, attorneys, and clients alike.
• The candidate must be licensed or on the path to obtaining a law license in the State of Ohio.
