Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to critically ill patients in ICU, CCU, and emergency rooms
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician's orders
- Assist in emergency procedures and code responses
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Employ critical thinking skills to make timely and accurate decisions
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards
- Offer emotional support to patients and families
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Engage in continuous professional development and training
- Remain adaptable in dynamic healthcare environments

- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Minimum of X years of experience in critical care settings
- Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment and emergency response
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress and fast-paced environments
