- Connect and build relationships with prospective customers throughout the designated region
- Maintain comprehensive visibility of the sales process throughout all phases
- Advocate for the product, ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their requirements
- Conduct meetings with clients to evaluate their changing needs and review the strengths of our business partnership
- Generate leads and close transactions to fulfill the growth targets of the organization
- Create techno-commercial presentations or documents that detail product features, pricing, advantages, and more
- Execute the firm’s marketing and branding strategies to augment the company’s image and positioning within the industry
- Act as a representative for the organization at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry gatherings in the area
- 4-8 years in B2B sales, preferably in a start-up environment
- Proven experience in selling AMRs to manufacturing facilities is required
- Prior interaction with automotive clients is essential
- Demonstrated success in securing strategic customer agreements
- Capability to convert business tactics into actionable processes
- Understanding of the commercial elements of the business
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and adaptable work environment
- Strong communication and negotiation prowess
- Proficient analytical skills and effective management of stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as necessary
