The Role
TimelyCare is seeking a Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence, engage target audiences, and deliver measurable results through innovative campaigns and tactics.
The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise and creativity to deliver performance metrics, such as impressions, engagement, and conversations, with ongoing optimization efforts. The role involves strategically developing organic and paid social media initiatives to expand our brand’s reach and engage our online community.
\n- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive b2b and b2c organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify trends, insights, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social platform and audience.
- Oversee the publishing schedule and manage daily interactions across all social media channels.
- Community Management:
- Build and engage an online community of followers, fostering meaningful interactions and brand loyalty.
- Respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Paid Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Support the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid media campaigns in collaboration with the growth marketing team across platforms, focusing on achieving KPIs, such as conversions and engagement rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visually engaging and performance-driven campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (impressions, engagement rates, conversions, etc.) to inform strategy improvements.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Proven experience in social media strategy, paid social media management (i.e. LinkedIn Ad Manager, Meta Ad Manager), and content creation, with a consistent track record of delivering measurable results.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g. Sprout Social), content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe), and AI content development tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer).
- 5 years of experience in a relevant role within social media or digital marketing.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional collaboration with creative and analytics teams.
- A strategic thinker who balances creative vision with data-driven decision-making.
- A compelling storyteller with the ability to create and coordinate engaging social content that aligns with overarching brand goals.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns at once.

The salary range for this opportunity is $95,000 – $105,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
