Summary
Qualified candidates will combine technical and customer service skills to provide differentiated RF / microwave interconnect solution for a broad range of requirements in various market segments. They will apply analytical and communication skills to assist customers in their product development process and provide on-site support as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Program Managers to provide technical support, secure design wins, and drive revenue growth.
- Interface with customers, identify their needs, and develop differentiated solution.
- Support key account strategy by developing partnership with customer's technical stakeholders and providing subject matter expertise.
- Provide on-site product support and / or training to customers and sales channels.
- Present technology concepts to customers and / or sales channels in support of pre-sales activities.
- Support quoting activities with product configurations, cost analysis, and specification review.
- Communicate and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer requirements are fully met.
- Funnel voice of customer (VoC) and voice of market (VoM) to Business Development, Product Managers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations in support of continuous improvement and new product development.
- Work with Engineering and Marketing to create supporting documents such as product drawings, data sheets, and application notes.
- Support the creation and maintenance of marketing literature, including website, catalogs, media content, and technical papers.
- Participate in the design review and product release process.
