Job Title: Refrigeration / Engineering Team Leader
Locations: Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Primary Responsibility is to manage the daily operations of the Engineering department and. provide direction, knowledge, and assistance to Engineers regarding the facilities portion of plant operations.
- Provide assistance as required to the operations area floor engineers as needed.
- Provide training, knowledge, and direction to the Refrigeration and Facilities engineering staff regarding standard operating procedures, PM’s and work orders, safety procedures, and staff scheduling.
- To update and maintain the Process Safety Management programs for the refrigeration systems at the facility.
- To insure all OSHA and IIAR safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- To supervise, schedule and delegate activities involving contractors working on facility related items or as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Five year’s experience in operation maintenance and repair of ammonia refrigeration, and other facilities related systems in a food-processing environment.
- Five year’s experience in supervision of maintenance engineering personnel relating to facilities systems and multi-craft technicians
- Handle multiple projects and duties simultaneously
- Knowledge of multiple plant systems including but not limited to Refrigeration, Water, Wastewater, air, boiler, cryogenic, and mechanical processing systems in a USDA processing environment
- Ability to work with contractors, engineers, operations and office personnel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
