Job Summary : The Building and Maintenance administrator for the Facility Supervisor in accomplishing all new store development projects, construction projects and the repairs and maintenance work.
The Building and Maintenance administrator in insuring projects are starting on time and within the least time possible while simultaneously minimizing expenses and any losses that we may incur.

Qualifications :
Education / Training / Experience
o Must be at least 18 yrs old, to handle equipment
o High diploma or equivalent
o Must be able to follow instructions
o Must be able to work alone to complete assigned task without constant supervision.
o Ability to effectively communicate with others in English
o Good phone etiquette
o Possess acceptable written and verbal communication skills in English
o Effectively communicate up and down the organization
o Accurately and efficiently complete work in a timely manner
o Able to effectively prioritize work
o Able to meet deadlines in a short period of time
o Able to quickly pick up and follow through with various projects
o Troubleshooting / problem-solving ability
o Considered Working Project Supervisor
