Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to supervise and monitor the engagement of customer care representatives and existing Timeshare Legal clients. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, will have the ability to assess and coordinate daily business needs, a solutions oriented approach to address client concerns, and a passion for enhancing the customer experience. As a Customer Service Supervisor you will report directly to the Customer Care Director.
Duties
- Managing daily operations.
- Implementing effective strategies to improve service strategies.
- Supervise and manage the customer service team to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide leadership and coaching to enhance team skills and performance.
- Oversee project management initiatives related to customer service enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care management team to align customer service efforts with business objectives.
- Develop training programs for ongoing training for existing staff.
- Monitor Standard Operating Procedure to assess team performance and implement necessary changes.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; written and oral.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Timeshare or the hospitality industry is ideal.
- Background in sales or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
