What You Will Be Doing As a Territory Manager specializing in the restaurant sector, you will take full ownership of your assigned territory, driving growth and establishing our presence.
Your role includes:
- Territory Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing and expanding your territory.
- Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and build relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers within your region.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process from start to finish, including initiating contact, conducting in-depth consultations, and closing deals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on goals, share insights, and optimize the sales process.
- Customer Success: Ensure client satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with key accounts.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed territory performance targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth and success.
What You Should Have We are looking for entrepreneurial leaders with a passion for building relationships and driving results. The ideal candidate will have:

- 3 years of experience in a sales or territory management role, ideally in technology solutions for the restaurant industry (e.g., Toast, Resy, DoorDash, OpenTable, etc.).

- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining alignment with broader team objectives.

Compensation
- Total targeted cash compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
