Duties:

  • Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
  • Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
  • Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
  • Other assignment as necessary.
  • Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

Skills:

  • 1 year experience and Spanish Bilingual (facility specific).
  • payroll and timekeeping experience required
  • ANSWER PHONES
  • SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS
  • BI-LINGUAL
  • CUSTOMER INQUIRIES

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • medical customer service representative: 1 year (Required)
  • Payroll: 1 year (Required)
  • timekeeping: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)
