Qualifications We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who demonstrates clinical excellence, professionalism, and a commitment to individualized care.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification and license to practice in Florida
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience with assessment, program development, and team supervision
- Reliable transportation for community-based sessions
- Availability for after-school and evening appointments as needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with families and clinical teams
