Job Responsibilities:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis techniques as directed by a BCBA
- Nurture client’s development through play-based-therapy/Natural Environmental Teaching
- Work 1:1 with clients following an individualized ABA treatment plan for children
- Collect data on clients challenging behaviors and skill acquisition goals
- Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback
- Develop strong relationships with the children on your caseload and strive to make every session a fun experience
- Conduct services in the home, school, or community settings
- Maintain an active RBT certification
- Maintain an active CPR certification
- Maintain a reliable and consistent schedule
- Timely completion of proper documentation for clinical services (i.e., SOAP notes)
- Adherence to BACB RBT Ethics Code
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and written skills
- Sincere interest in learning and implementing ABA
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team
- Passion for working with children with special needs
- RBT certification required
- CPR Certification required OR must obtain within 30 days of joining the company
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients homes
